There are various factors that cause false alarms, such as small animals, swaying curtains and temperature changes due to air conditioning inside of building. When an alarm is triggered, some cases are necessary to dispatch security guards or the facility owner who receives the alarm signal feels fear so the number of false alarm should be reduced as much as possible.
Optex’s indoor sensors can prevent such false alarms by its unique optical technology. Sensors capture entire body mass of a person and the alarm is trrigered with the smallest temperature contrast between the person`s body and the background.
