As a vehicle enters the automated parking area, it is detected by the Viik sensor, which features a human cancellation mode to ensure that only vehicles are recognized. Simultaneously, the REDSCAN sensor accurately measures the vehicle’s height to assign the optimal parking space. This integrated system helps prevent vehicle damage and improves traffic flow for more efficient parking operations.

The OVS-01GT is a sensor that detects the approaching, presence, and leaving of vehicles near the barrier gate.
In this use case, it is used to open/ close the gate by a combination of microwave (Doppler shift, FMCW technologies) and ultrasonic wave to replace loop coils, making it easy to install and maintain. Additionally, OVS-01GT has features human cancellation to detect only vehicles and IP65 resistance for outdoor environments.
