OPTEX’s integrated security system based on Level Surveillance concept provides multi-stage detection and alerts for intruders — from the facility perimeter to the inside of building — using advanced sensors tailored to each application. The system offers a comprehensive solution, including visual verification through CCTV integration.
This solution creates a defense line incorporating three warning levels, “Perimeter Protection” (A zone), “Middle Area Protection” (B zone) and “Indoor Protection” (C zone). A zone and B zone sensors are for outdoor protection and C zone sensors are for indoor protection.
OPTEX provides burglar alarm system “GENIO Series” including control panels, outdoor / indoor sensors, monitoring software and other security devices.

1. Perimeter Intrusion Detection (Fence Protection)
OPTEX sensors installed on the perimeter fence enable early response to intruders by detecting them at the perimeter, which is the first point of entry into the premises. By linking with the surveillance camera system, when an alarm occurs, the video from the camera installed near the sensor can be checked in the local or remote monitoring room. This visual verification helps security personnel to judge the action such as dispatching a security guard, making an voice warning etc.. This is a very efficient monitoring system.

2. Outdoor walkway / Rooftop Intrusion Detection
In outdoor areas before intruders reache a buiding, it is important to find and take an action against them as early as possible to prevent them from entering the building itself. By installing outdoor sensors in various points, you can identify zones where intruders are. It is also possible to activate a video of camera by sensor detection as a trigger.
In addition, rooftops can be intrusion points. Because the higher the building, the less measures against intrusion from the rooftop generally, it can be targeted. 3. Exterior wall / Window Intrusion Detection
If an intruder approaches a building and damages the exterior walls, shutters, windows, etc., repair costs will be incurred. Installing sensors in these locations can prevent physical damage to the building. When a sensor detects an intruder, it can immediately activate an outdoor siren and strobe light to scare them away.
