This privacy policy sets out how OPTEX (THAILAND) CO., LTD. (“OPTEX”), collects, processes and protects any personal data that you give us for the supply of our goods and services (your “Data”).

OPTEX is committed to keeping Data we collect from you private, within a secure environment. We always ensure that your privacy is protected, and we only use your personal data for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and in accordance with data protection regulations, including the Personal Data Protection Act.

6.1. For the provision of our goods and services and to implement the services that each customer desires, we may share relevant data to:
– Our mother company OPTEX CO., LTD., subsidiaries and affiliates, including OPTEX FA CO., LTD..
– Our outsourcers and service providers: we share Data with outsourcers and service providers who help us to provide our services by website hosting, data analysis, information technology and related infrastructures.
– Third-parties: we may share Data with third parties in the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings).

We might also use and disclose Data as we believe necessary: (i) under applicable law; (ii) to enforce our terms and conditions; (iii) to protect our rights, privacy, safety or property; and (iv) to respond to requests from courts, law enforcement agencies, regulatory agencies, and other public and government authorities.
6.3. Given the global nature of OPTEX’s activities, we may at times transfer your Data outside of Thailand. You may also have rights to object to your personal information being used, to ask for the transfer of personal information you have made available to us and to withdraw consent to the use of your personal information. – Right to rectification: The right to have inaccurate information about you corrected or removed
– Right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’): The right to have certain personal information about you erased
– Right to restriction of processing: The right to request that your personal information is only used for restricted purposes
– Right to opt out of marketing: You can unsubscribe our newsletter by unsubscribe links found in the communications you received from us
– Right to object: The right to object to processing of your personal information in cases where our processing is based on the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or we have let you know the processing is necessary for our or a third party’s legitimate interests. In these circumstances the right to object is not absolute.
